About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing European property technology company seeking a Product Management Director to lead their Soft FM and Estates portfolio in the UK. This is a remote leadership role with periodic travel to London and Kraków.

Our client operates a unified platform that powers daily operations for commercial real estate portfolios across 35+ countries. Following recent strategic acquisitions, they're consolidating multiple product lines into a cohesive ecosystem. You'll own the space management and Soft FM services suite—cleaning standards, portering, and catering—used primarily across the UK healthcare market by thousands of daily users.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a team of four Product Managers, drive product strategy, and guide post-acquisition integration. If you enjoy taking established products with proven market fit and elevating them to their next growth phase, this role offers genuine autonomy and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of four Product Managers through the full management lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, mentorship, performance reviews, and career development
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and revenue goals
  • Drive product discovery across the portfolio using modern practices including continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and hypothesis-driven development
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure product priorities actively support deal progression and revenue growth
  • Lead the team through change—new workflows, product consolidation, and post-acquisition integration—bringing stakeholders along throughout the process
  • Apply AI strategically where it measurably improves customer operations, moving beyond theoretical applications to real-world impact
  • Establish and promote product management best practices including user research, experimentation, data analysis, and requirements quality
  • Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to balance customer needs with technical feasibility and platform constraints
  • Represent the product externally at industry events and conferences
  • Coordinate across commercial and customer-facing teams to align product strategy with go-to-market plans

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS (strong B2C experience in facilities management, healthcare, or adjacent domains also considered)
  • Minimum 2 years as a people manager, ideally leading product managers or similar cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience leading teams through significant change: restructures, new operating models, or post-acquisition integration
  • Demonstrable experience applying AI within product development and using AI-powered tooling to accelerate discovery and delivery
  • Track record of leading product discovery across multiple methods and translating insights into validated roadmaps
  • Strong commercial awareness with ability to partner effectively with Sales and align product decisions with revenue and retention goals
  • Data fluency: comfortable defining metrics, querying product analytics, and using quantitative evidence for decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • English proficiency at C1 level or above, with confidence representing products externally

Desirable:

  • Experience working in empowered product trios or cross-functional squads with engineering and design
  • Background in healthcare (especially UK market or NHS), public sector, or government-adjacent markets
  • Familiarity with platform or multi-product portfolio environments
  • Experience integrating acquired products into a unified platform
  • Polish or German language skills

If you're strong on product leadership and craft but light on one requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
