Regional Sales Engineer, Poland

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to join their team in Poland. Our client protects organizations worldwide with advanced security technology, and this role will give you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions that help enterprises prevent and respond to security incidents.

As a Sales Engineer, you'll serve as the technical expert during customer engagements, demonstrating how next-generation security platforms solve complex problems that traditional tools cannot address. You'll work closely with sales teams to educate prospects on modern approaches to endpoint protection, detection, and response.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate security solutions to technical and executive audiences
• Articulate how current security approaches fail and why next-generation platforms are needed
• Conduct technical discussions around endpoint and network security architecture
• Serve as the technical bridge between prospects, customers, and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering
• Work on multiple concurrent customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
• Build and maintain relationships within the information security community
• Travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Significant experience in endpoint or network security (antivirus, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Ability to articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences including C-level executives
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies in professional contexts
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Extensive contacts and strong references in the information security field

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with malware analysis, threat intelligence, or sandbox technologies
• Programming or scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies
• Experience with large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of the OSI model
• Security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or SANS
