About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Hamburg seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. Our client specializes in helping trade and craft businesses attract qualified talent through targeted social media strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hamburg's city center.

As the primary liaison between the agency and its established mid-market clients, you will ensure satisfaction, gather requirements, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver results. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a proven track record in client retention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing agency clients in the mid-market segment
• Capture client requirements and develop new marketing strategies in partnership with internal teams
• Conduct regular feedback meetings to review campaign performance and partnership progress
• Take ownership of client satisfaction metrics and retention outcomes
• Respond to client inquiries regarding campaigns and collaboration details via phone and email
• Provide email support for incoming requests from existing clients
• Continuously monitor and improve client satisfaction levels
• Follow established processes and ensure quality delivery across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum six years of professional experience in client management, project management, and key account management
• Demonstrable track record of successful projects in key account management (e.g., IT, marketing, or digital solutions sectors)
• Relevant experience and knowledge in project management, marketing, or key account management
• Analytical and structured thinking, strong organizational skills, results-oriented approach
• Team-oriented mindset paired with confident presence and independent work style
• High level of communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow existing processes consistently
• Quick comprehension and strong self-discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (error-free business writing required)
• Ability to perform well under pressure
