About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cloud communications organization in their search for a Junior Scrum Master based in Poland. Our client is undergoing an ambitious Agile transformation, implementing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across their global operations. This is an exceptional entry point for someone passionate about Agile methodologies who wants hands-on experience driving real organizational change, supported by an experienced Lean Agile Center of Excellence team.
This role offers genuine SAFe implementation experience that goes far beyond what you'd gain from training or certification alone. You'll work within a diverse, international environment helping teams build strong Agile cultures while contributing to enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and support development teams in adopting Agile values, principles, and practices across one or more teams
- Use data-driven approaches to help teams monitor performance metrics and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
- Facilitate open communication and active participation within teams and across organizational boundaries
- Identify, address, and remove impediments that could hinder team progress or productivity
- Foster effective communication between team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with team goals and priorities
- Support Release Train Engineers in planning and executing SAFe events, including PI planning sessions
- Maintain accurate records and track team progress with strong attention to detail

Required qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
- Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to work
- Resilience and problem-solving mindset—able to identify issues and drive toward solutions
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools in dynamic environments
- Ability to inspect and adapt quickly as situations evolve
- Enthusiasm and open-mindedness with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach
- Positive, constructive attitude toward setbacks with examples of creativity when facing challenges
Beneficial experience:
- Some experience as a Scrum Master (transferable experience from different career paths is welcomed)
- Background in project management or software development
- Familiarity with SAFe framework (opportunity to progress to Release Train Engineer role)
- Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Previous work in multicultural, international settings
