About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential communications technology organization seeking a Deal Desk Analyst based in Mexico. This role sits at the intersection of sales, finance, and operations, providing critical commercial support to revenue teams as they close complex, high-value deals with enterprise customers.

Our client operates in the cloud communications space, serving global brands with API-driven solutions. As Deal Desk Analyst, you'll be a strategic advisor who brings cross-functional teams together to execute pricing strategy, optimize deal structure, and accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to build pricing quotes for customers, including the organization's largest strategic accounts
• Analyze deal margins and competitive positioning to balance win rates with long-term financial objectives
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, product, and pricing stakeholders to streamline customer onboarding
• Drive adoption of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) self-service tools within Salesforce
• Transform deal data into actionable insights that inform global pricing strategy and identify competitive trends
• Improve Deal Desk processes, tools, and templates to increase operational efficiency
• Train sales teams and stakeholders on pricing, quoting processes, and commercial best practices
• Define and manage projects that accelerate deal velocity and operational performance

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting preferred)
• 4+ years in Strategic Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance within a fast-paced SaaS or telecommunications environment
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and CPQ platforms
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities for data manipulation
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to structure complex commercial scenarios
