About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to join their Professional Services team in the UK. This role is critical to managing customer relationships, scoping billable projects, and delivering world-class onboarding experiences for clients ranging from enterprise corporations to smaller accounts.

Operating across multiple time zones, you will own the execution of a diverse project portfolio—from highly structured, complex enterprise software deployments to higher-velocity application rollouts. This position demands professional maturity, meticulous time management, and the attention to detail required to protect project margins while bringing structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to streamline project tracking, synthesize meeting data across time zones, and accelerate creation of project documentation and status reports
• Travel domestically up to 25% to lead critical kick-off meetings, conduct high-stakes steering committee reviews, and foster trust-based relationships with global enterprise clients and distributed teams
• Establish and maintain complex relationships with international stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-border customers
• Define and deeply analyze project scopes, impacts, resource allocations, and localized outcomes with meticulous attention to detail
• Develop granular project plans, mapping out dependencies and scheduling activities across multiple time zones
• Rigorously track progress of all concurrent workstreams, keeping a sharp eye on deadlines to ensure commitments are met punctually
• Deliver precise and thoroughly documented project progress updates to delivery teams, sponsors, board members, and clients
• Proactively identify, track, and resolve emerging risks and localized issues, escalating where necessary
• Utilize appropriate project management systems, tools, and methodologies while maintaining flawless, audit-ready project documentation
• Methodically close projects to enable revenue recognition, ensuring all final details are accounted for and global lessons learned are thoroughly reviewed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, ideally managing global IT software and SaaS deployments
• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools, including project management software, generative AI tools, or predictive analytics to enhance resource scheduling, risk forecasting, and stakeholder communication
• Proven experience working within structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
• Documented success in delivering complex projects strictly on budget and on time, meeting or exceeding project revenue targets
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, tight international deadlines, and complex project minutiae without sacrificing quality
• Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with high cultural awareness for global communication
• Demonstrable experience in commercial decision-making and managing project profitability
• Excellent interpersonal skills with natural ability to quickly build trust and rapport with diverse, cross-functional, and remote international teams
• High proficiency with modern project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, MS Office, G-Suite)
