Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency in Berlin-Lichtenberg that is seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join their team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will develop and maintain digital applications across the entire stack, from frontend and backend to database architecture.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and advancing web-based applications across frontend and backend technologies
• Designing and implementing APIs and system integrations
• Modeling, maintaining, and optimizing database structures
• Translating technical requirements into clean, maintainable, and understandable code
• Conducting testing, code reviews, and maintaining technical documentation
• Deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production applications
• Optimizing security, performance, and user experience
• Collaborating with business departments on IT and digitalization projects

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a developer with strong technical foundations and the ability to work across the full technology stack. The ideal candidate will have:

• Completed degree or training in IT, or demonstrable practical experience in fullstack development
• Strong expertise in modern frontend and backend development, as well as databases and APIs
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with quick comprehension
• Results-oriented and solution-focused work approach
• Ability to understand, follow, and improve existing processes
• High level of discipline and strong organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork abilities and strong communication skills
• Very good written communication skills in German
• Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure
