Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential organization in Bonn seeking a 1st-Level-Support specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming IT requests from end users. You'll analyze and resolve technical issues, providing hands-on support for hardware and software problems. Documentation is a key part of the position—you'll log all incidents and their resolutions in the ticketing system. When issues exceed first-level scope, you'll escalate them to appropriate technical teams. Your responsibilities also include assisting with installation, configuration, and ongoing support of employee workstations.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, IT business administrator, or comparable qualification
- Ideally, prior experience in 1st-level support, IT support, or a similar position
- Solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills and structured working style when dealing with users
- Good German language skills (required for day-to-day user interaction)
