TA Consultant (Contract)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential biopharmaceutical organization conducting multiple global Phase 3 oncology clinical studies. Our talent team is seeking a TA Consultant on a contract basis to support their continued growth across the United States.

This is a contract role working remotely within the United States. You'll partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire top talent while maintaining a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Negotiate offers within defined parameters
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders independently or in collaboration with TA Coordinators
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and recruitment best practices
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and engaging recruitment process
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate data and track progress
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with reporting requests, functional trackers, vendor agreements, and other assignments

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000–$120,000 USD annually. Final compensation is based on factors including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
