Channel Marketing Manager (all genders) – 100& Homeoffice

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to drive growth through partner channels. In this role, you will own marketing across all partner channels, working closely with Sales, Business Development, and Partner Management to transform partnerships into active revenue streams.

You'll serve as the primary marketing contact for all partner channels, setting clear goals with channel owners and translating sales requirements into concrete marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on developing repeatable marketing processes rather than one-off campaigns, analyzing what works and scaling successful measures across partners.

Tax Advisors and Accounting Firms:

• Develop activation strategies to convert this key partner segment into paying customers
• Segment existing contacts and create targeted messaging for each group
• Design referral mechanics, campaigns, and materials that firms can use with their own clients
• Translate product benefits into clear communication for both firms and their customers

Partners, Affiliates, and Resellers:

• Support new partner acquisition with appropriate marketing materials and campaigns
• Build partner enablement assets: presentations, one-pagers, email templates, campaign kits, and training materials
• Develop recurring joint campaigns with focus partners
• Transform signed partnerships into active revenue channels
• Support the marketing side of go-to-market processes for strategic partnerships

Campaign Execution:

• Plan and execute channel campaigns in collaboration with email, paid marketing, content, design, and web teams
• Develop email sequences for partners, their customers, and existing contacts
• Brief landing pages and work on conversion optimization
• Prepare and follow up on webinars, workshops, and events for partners
• Test different approaches and make data-driven decisions on what to continue or optimize

Sales and CRM:

• Build a complete path from first partner/customer contact to close in collaboration with Sales
• Define clear handoff points between Marketing, Partners, and Sales
• Ensure campaigns, leads, and partner activities are tracked in CRM
• Measure which channels and initiatives actually contribute to qualified leads, deals, and revenue
• Report regularly on relevant marketing and channel KPIs

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in partner, channel, affiliate, or sales marketing
• Proven ability to independently manage marketing initiatives from concept through execution to analysis
• Experience translating sales and partner goals into concrete marketing actions
• Track record with multi-channel campaigns, evaluated by leads, conversion, and revenue
• Strong email marketing skills, particularly in segmentation, campaign sequences, and analytics
• Ability to create marketing materials for partners and sales that can be used directly in customer conversations
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management teams
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing tools; ability to use data to evaluate channels and initiatives
• Independent, reliable, solution-oriented work style; able to drive projects without detailed instructions
• Business-fluent German; professional English for international partner collaboration

Preferred:

• Experience in SaaS, software, fintech, or financial services
• Background in tax consulting, accounting, or bookkeeping
• Experience with resellers, affiliates, referral programs, or white-label partnerships
• Partner enablement experience (sales materials, partner kits, training resources)
• Landing page and conversion optimization expertise
• Experience organizing webinars, events, or joint partner campaigns
