About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical engineering organization seeking a Qualification Engineer to join their team in Frankenthal, Germany. In this role, you'll ensure production facilities meet regulatory requirements and support challenging projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Our client specializes in qualification and validation services for pharmaceutical plants and technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document qualification measures for pharmaceutical plants and technical systems in accordance with GMP requirements
• Create and maintain qualification documentation including risk analyses, URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ plans with corresponding reports
• Prepare, coordinate, and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Support commissioning activities and ensure GMP-compliant plant releases
• Process and track deviations, CAPA measures, and changes within the qualification process
• Take responsibility for sub-projects or independently lead qualification projects

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in pharmaceutical technology, process engineering, medical technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in qualification and validation within GMP-regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of plant qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) and risk analysis methods
• Experience with pharmaceutical production facilities, laboratory equipment, or supply systems is advantageous
• Confident handling of GMP requirements and relevant regulatory guidelines
• Structured and independent working style with high quality awareness
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (minimum B2 level)
