Operations Coordinator

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential software client in their search for an Operations Coordinator based in Canada. This is a hands-on, fully remote role focused on keeping customers successful and ensuring operational workflows run smoothly across teams.

You'll coordinate the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing support, track commitments and dependencies, and build improved processes rather than simply following existing ones. This position requires someone who can spot gaps, ask the right questions, and keep projects moving without letting issues fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the customer journey from onboarding and training through ongoing support and retention
• Follow up with customers, identify pain points, and ensure issues are carried through to resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional issues involving sales, accounting, software, integrations, or licensing teams
• Build and improve business processes rather than simply following existing workflows
• Track commitments, dependencies, blockers, and next steps to keep projects and priorities moving
• Identify gaps and blind spots, bring the right people together, and maintain clear ownership
• Use customer feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
• Provide clear, concise updates and help keep operations organized end-to-end

What We're Looking For

• Experience in operations, project coordination, project management, customer operations, or similar hands-on roles
• Proven track record of owning projects or operational work through completion, including coordinating dependencies and follow-through
• Comfortable working from an initial goal, identifying necessary information and stakeholders, and building practical plans
• Experience coordinating across different teams and competing priorities
• Clear, concise professional communication skills
• Interest in a stable, long-term, hands-on coordination role

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: CAD $80,000 annual salary plus up to CAD $10,000 annual bonus. This is a fully remote position.
