Responsibilities

• Develop creative content including social media posts, graphics, videos, and landing page copy
• Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs and improving conversion rates
• Combine organic reach-building strategies with targeted paid advertising campaigns
• Research emerging platforms, formats, and marketing trends to bring innovative ideas to the team
• Support workshops, events, and internal programs with targeted marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiasm for startups, innovation, and emerging technologies
• Interest or experience in marketing and communications (motivated beginners welcome)
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative team spirit
• Positive, energetic personality that contributes to team culture
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field, or seeking an orientation internship
