Our talent team is representing a confidential nonprofit technology organization in their search for a Customer Support Specialist. This fully remote role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping mission-driven organizations succeed with their fundraising and donor management software.
We are seeking a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced support environment and enjoys solving problems for users every day. You'll be the frontline expert helping customers maximize their use of a comprehensive platform designed specifically for the nonprofit sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through email, live chat, and phone support channels
- Handle approximately 25 customer interactions per day, resolving technical and product-related questions
- Apply product knowledge and standard operating procedures to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Conduct new customer implementations and training sessions to ensure successful software adoption
- Develop and deliver training webinars for both customers and internal team members
- Create help documentation and instructional videos to support customer self-service
- Participate in software quality assurance and testing activities
- Provide feedback to product development teams on software design and functionality improvements
- Identify trends and patterns in customer issues to support continuous improvement

Pay
The client offers an hourly rate of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, and location. Benefits include generous health, vision, and dental insurance, 20 PTO days, 3 flex days, 4 optional volunteer days, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, and 401k matching.
