We are representing a confidential healthcare software company in the recruitment of a Marketing Manager for their Saarbrücken office. Our client develops digital solutions for the healthcare sector and is looking for a strategic and creative marketing professional to lead brand development, communication, and digital marketing initiatives.

You'll bring expertise in brand management, design thinking, and digital user experiences to make complex healthcare topics accessible while strengthening the company's position as an innovative partner to pharmacies and healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

As Marketing Manager, you will own the planning, management, and execution of marketing activities. You'll develop the brand, plan cross-channel campaigns, and ensure consistent communication throughout the customer journey.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:

• Develop and execute marketing strategy
• Plan and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Drive brand evolution and positioning
• Coordinate product and release communications

Brand & Digital Marketing:

• Evolve brand presence and visual communication standards
• Manage and develop the company website
• Create landing pages and digital marketing materials
• Develop and implement SEO strategy
• Analyze and optimize marketing performance
• Ensure consistent customer journey across all channels

Content & Communication:

• Direct cross-channel marketing communications
• Develop briefs and campaign concepts
• Coordinate website, newsletter, WhatsApp, social media, print, and other channels
• Conceive and execute sales materials, presentations, event materials, landing pages, social media content, newsletters, advertisements, brochures, and product marketing materials

Marketing Projects & Collaboration:

• Independently manage marketing projects
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Partner closely with content, product, sales, and customer success teams
• Plan timelines, milestones, and resources
• Monitor project progress and goal achievement
• Identify and resolve risks and challenges
• Provide hands-on support for campaign execution and launches

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Completed degree or training in Marketing, Communication Design, Media Design, Graphic Design, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing
• Strong design sensibility with expertise in layout, typography, brand impact, and visual communication
• Experience creating digital marketing materials and content formats
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or comparable applications
• Experience with website management, content systems, and SEO optimization
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear messages and compelling visual concepts
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style with strong execution skills
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-team collaboration
• Excellent German and English language skills

Preferred:

• Understanding of digital products, SaaS, healthcare, or technology sectors
