Core Duties

• Assist quality engineers in developing, executing, and documenting test cases and quality control procedures
• Support inspection and defect identification activities across manufacturing processes
• Document test results, nonconformances, and corrective actions in company systems
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to investigate quality issues and implement solutions
• Learn and apply industry quality standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to aerospace manufacturing
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts

What We're Looking For

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related field
