Senior CRM Developer, Salesforce and HubSpot

About This Opportunity

We are representing a global technology organization seeking a Senior CRM Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. Our client is investing heavily in their CRM infrastructure and needs a seasoned developer who can bridge custom development with strategic platform administration.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple Salesforce clouds while also supporting HubSpot integration and automation initiatives. You'll be part of a collaborative, agile environment where your technical skills will directly impact how the organization serves its customers and manages critical business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
• Configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities
• Administer and enhance HubSpot, including integrations, workflows, forms, and marketing automation
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective CRM solutions
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices across the platform
• Handle ongoing Salesforce administration including configuration, user management, data quality, and reporting
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes across the CRM ecosystem
• Contribute to CRM modernization initiatives leveraging automation, AI capabilities, and emerging platform features
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support materials
• Stay current with Salesforce and HubSpot releases and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience developing and supporting multiple Salesforce Clouds (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) including setup, theming, and user access controls
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, or integration platforms
• Working knowledge of HubSpot administration, APIs, workflows, or marketing automation—or the ability to quickly learn and support the platform
• Solid understanding of Salesforce administrative features: profiles, roles, flows, validation rules, and page layouts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable collaborating across functions
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting
