About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-growing technology organization in the fleet management software space. Our client is seeking an Associate Product Support Specialist to join their Customer Support team remotely in the United Kingdom. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a modern SaaS platform that serves customers worldwide.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support and product guidance. You'll be part of a collaborative team environment, working closely with Support Specialists and leadership to ensure exceptional customer experiences. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 10am - 7pm BST.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for basic technical support and product-related inquiries from customers
- Provide exceptional customer service for tier 1 tickets via phone and email while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the fleet management software platform, including features, functionalities, and integrations
- Investigate software issues reported by customers and collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex cases appropriately
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer support process, including streamlining workflows and enhancing documentation
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in the software industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using customer support tools such as ticketing systems, CRM software, and remote support tools
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs
- In-depth knowledge of fleet management software is a plus
