Vice President of Operations

Altius Search Group is recruiting a Vice President of Operations for a full-time executive leadership role overseeing a dynamic portfolio of food and beverage venues throughout the Dallas, Texas area. You'll drive operational success, profitability, and outstanding guest experiences across multiple hospitality locations while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

About This Position

We're seeking a seasoned operations leader to serve as the executive head for our diverse hospitality and catering operations portfolio. You'll partner with venue managers and senior leadership to deliver exceptional operational performance, maintain financial discipline, and establish scalable systems across all locations. This is a hands-on role where strategic planning meets direct involvement in day-to-day operations within our vibrant Dallas hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all operational activities across a portfolio of food and beverage venues and catering operations
• Establish and maintain operational standards that drive guest satisfaction and repeat business
• Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
• Oversee team development, recruitment, and performance management across all venues
• Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and venue partners
• Create standardized processes and systems to scale operations across multiple locations
• Monitor compliance, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Who We're Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership in multi-unit food and beverage or hospitality management
• Proven experience in premium hospitality, sports and entertainment venues, or high-volume catering environments
• Demonstrated track record of improving financial performance and operational metrics
• Strong ability to build, lead, and develop high-caliber management teams
• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational expertise and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
