About This Position

We are seeking an experienced mentor with deep knowledge of remote work practices, digital workplace dynamics, and team collaboration to lead our Modern Work Essentials course. In this freelance role, you'll mentor learners globally, teaching them how to excel in distributed and hybrid team environments. You will guide participants through practical, real-world scenarios that prepare them to be productive, confident contributors in today's technology-driven organizations.

Core Duties

• Share expert knowledge and real-world experience on remote work, digital communication, workflow management, and collaborative practices
• Design and deliver engaging workshops—both live and online—that combine core concepts with hands-on exercises and authentic case studies
• Guide and support learners throughout their educational journey, offering constructive feedback and encouragement
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive learning space that encourages active participation and peer knowledge exchange
• Monitor emerging workplace technologies and trends, keeping course content fresh with current best practices and tools

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience working in remote, hybrid, or distributed team settings
• Strong grasp of digital workplace tools, productivity software, and team collaboration platforms
• Excellent ability to communicate complex topics clearly and adapt your teaching to diverse learners
• Proven track record creating educational content and facilitating interactive learning experiences
• Genuine interest in developing others' professional capabilities and career confidence
• Comfort working asynchronously and across multiple time zones
