Join AI Digital as a Junior People Coordinator in this full-time remote position, where you'll become an integral member of the People & Culture team, driving employee success and organizational growth through hands-on coordination and process support.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on employee experience while growing your expertise in people operations. You'll partner closely with the People & Culture team to deliver essential support that keeps our organization running smoothly, from the first day an employee joins through every milestone in their career journey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline coordination support to People Partners, managing both day-to-day operational needs and strategic project initiatives
  • Manage employee inquiries and support requests via ticketing system (Asana), prioritizing response quality and adhering to established service level agreements and performance metrics
  • Coordinate critical employee lifecycle milestones, including pre-boarding preparation, onboarding execution, engagement pulse surveys, and respectful offboarding transitions
  • Drive continuous improvement of people operations workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency
  • Execute core people operations functions, including benefits administration and related coordinator responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge repository containing organizational policies, onboarding guides, FAQs, and procedural documentation
  • Collaborate across departments on people-focused initiatives that align with broader organizational culture and strategy

Skills & Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing competing priorities
  • A methodical, structured approach to work with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
  • Self-directed mindset with the initiative to identify gaps and improve processes independently
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit when working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with project management and ticketing systems (experience with Asana or similar platforms is a plus)
  • Genuine interest in supporting employee experience and people operations
