About This Position

We are seeking an experienced Logistic Project Coordinator with fluent bilingual capabilities in English and Korean to support our supply chain operations in Grapevine, TX. In this contract role, you will coordinate logistics initiatives and serve as an essential bridge between internal teams and Korean-speaking partners. Your bilingual expertise—especially in Korean—will be instrumental to successful project execution and cross-cultural communication within our organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics projects from kickoff through completion, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders and team members; translate project materials and participate in bilingual meetings
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and milestones; prepare status reports for management
• Manage logistics documentation, compliance records, and project files
• Coordinate with supply chain partners to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges
• Support inventory management, shipment coordination, and delivery optimization

What We're Looking For

• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience in logistics project coordination, supply chain management, or related disciplines
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency managing multiple concurrent projects
