About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Revenue Program Manager based in England, United Kingdom. Our client is a high-growth technology company building the infrastructure behind their revenue organization's success. This role sits within the Office of the CRO and is responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that drive sales momentum, executive engagement, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Director of Global Revenue Programs, you will own a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning executive engagement, customer programs, and revenue events. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance long-term program strategy with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Executive Briefing Program: Build and manage day-to-day operations of the Executive Briefing Program, creating best-in-class experiences for strategic customer and prospect engagements
- Executive Sponsorship Program: Develop and manage a structured program aligning senior leaders with key accounts to deepen relationships and accelerate revenue
- Investor Program: Build and manage relationships between the investor community to support pipeline and growth objectives
- Annual Sales Kickoff (SKO): Serve as key contributor to SKO planning and execution, owning venue design, production, web design, registration website, attendee support, and vendor coordination both pre-event and onsite
- Annual Incentive Trip: Support planning and execution including overall design elements, registration website maintenance, and attendee support
- Recognition Programs: Manage facilitation and fulfillment of employee gift programs, recognition moments, and milestones tied to the revenue organization
- Support additional revenue events as needed
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in program management and executive engagement, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment or supporting a Revenue/Sales organization
- Proven track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up with strong attention to process, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and navigating procurement and contracting processes
- Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and under pressure
- Executive presence with ability to communicate and collaborate with C-suite executives and senior sales leaders, both verbally and in writing
- Adaptability and ability to pivot quickly in high-growth environments while maintaining a "no-task-is-too-small" attitude
- Experience using Cvent and Salesforce
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% to support key events and executive engagements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration or related field required
