Role Overview

As Manager of Project Management at Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key business projects. This hybrid position in Carson, CA allows you to lead cross-functional teams while balancing office collaboration with flexible remote work. You'll be responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain regular communication with teams and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust as needed to keep initiatives on track
• Manage project budgets and track spending to ensure financial objectives are met
• Identify risks and roadblocks early, developing mitigation strategies with your team

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a project manager or project management leader in a business environment
