About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consulting firm seeking an experienced Fullstack Consultant to join their Software Engineering practice in France. This role combines hands-on delivery, strategic consulting, and continuous learning within a collaborative environment focused on modern development practices and emerging AI technologies.

As a consultant on our client's team, you'll work on agile application development projects while maintaining high craft standards, contribute to research and development initiatives, and help mentor junior team members. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while making a meaningful impact on digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fullstack development projects using agile methodologies and software craft practices including TDD, DDD, pair programming, and code reviews
• Integrate generative AI capabilities into application development where appropriate
• Provide technical consulting to clients, proposing solutions and constructively challenging approaches when needed
• Participate actively in technology research and development focused on software engineering best practices
• Conduct technology watch on emerging trends including generative AI, architecture patterns, and responsible digital practices
• Mentor and train team members, sharing knowledge and supporting skill development across the organization
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives through technical presentations, documentation, and collaborative learning sessions
• Apply principles of responsible digital development, eco-design, and accessibility in your work

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional software development experience demonstrating continued learning and growth
• Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, Python, React, Angular, Vue, or Flutter
• Solid foundation in software craft practices such as test-driven development, domain-driven design, pair programming, and code review
• Curiosity about generative AI and its applications in software development
• Interest in responsible digital practices, eco-design, and accessibility
• Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on collective success
• Willingness to question assumptions and challenge ideas constructively
• Continuous learning mindset and genuine enthusiasm for technical growth
• Fluency in French required for this France-based position
