About the Role

As an Automotive Sales specialist with Jackie Cooper Nissan, you'll be the trusted guide for customers throughout their purchase journey. You'll engage with visitors to the dealership, understand their transportation needs, showcase our Nissan inventory, and work toward closing sales. This position combines consultative selling with relationship-building, where your knowledge of vehicles and genuine service to customers directly impact both client satisfaction and your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify incoming customers; listen to their needs and transportation preferences
• Demonstrate vehicles from our Nissan inventory, highlighting features, performance, and value
• Present financing options and work with finance personnel to structure deals
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements
• Build ongoing customer relationships and follow up on referrals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets
• Stay current on Nissan models, pricing, incentives, and market conditions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn about vehicles and sales processes
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including some weekends and evenings
