Account Executive

Xplor is seeking a remote, full-time Account Executive to join our Merchant Sales team based in Richardson, TX. This remote role puts you in control of your territory and schedule while building lasting client relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth.

About the Role

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete lifecycle of client relationships from prospect through loyal partner. Working remotely from the Richardson area, you'll combine strategic selling with consultative problem-solving to uncover opportunities, present solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, and deliver measurable value. This full-time position gives you autonomy, clear targets, and the support of a collaborative team committed to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers and accounts
• Develop customized solutions that directly address client challenges and drive business outcomes
• Manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue accurately, and achieve quarterly and annual targets
• Coordinate with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and long-term retention
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and opportunities in our CRM platform

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success selling enterprise or mid-market solutions in prior Account Executive roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; comfort influencing at all organizational levels
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets; strong ownership mentality
• Experience in merchant services, payments, software, or technology sectors strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing CRM systems and leveraging data to drive sales decisions
• Self-directed professional who thrives in independent, remote working arrangements
