Meta & Google Ads Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Meta & Google Ads Specialist to join their team on a fully remote basis. Our client operates internationally and works with diverse B2B and e-commerce clients requiring sophisticated paid media management.

This is a full-time independent contractor position based in the United Arab Emirates, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic, growth-focused marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Conduct comprehensive audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive intelligence to drive campaign performance
• Optimize campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Monitor real-time campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, targeting parameters, and creative assets
• Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
• Execute A/B testing strategies across ad creatives, copy, audience segments, and landing pages
• Deliver performance reports with strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
• Manage advertising budgets effectively while maintaining performance targets

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Proven track record optimizing campaigns for lead generation, sales, or e-commerce conversions
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and analytics tools
• Practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote team environments
• Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, marketing agencies, or B2B companies strongly preferred
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
