Account Executive

Xplor is seeking a full-time Account Executive (remote) based in Carlton, TX, US. You'll lead the sales process from prospecting through close, building meaningful client relationships while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll manage the complete sales cycle for your territory. You'll identify promising prospects, conduct needs-based discovery, prepare and negotiate proposals, and close deals — all while maintaining strong partnerships with existing clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure lasting customer success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities aligned with target customer profiles
• Conduct discovery meetings and deliver compelling product presentations
• Prepare detailed proposals and work through negotiation to close agreements
• Nurture existing accounts for growth and renewal opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility in your CRM system
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams
• Drive toward and exceed your sales quota

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience closing deals as an Account Executive or similar sales role
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs
• Comfort with remote work — you're self-directed, organized, and hold yourself accountable
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with CRM software and modern sales tools
• Understanding of B2B sales, SaaS, or merchant services environments
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
