B2B Sales Development Representative

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization that is expanding its sales development function. We are seeking a high-energy B2B Sales Development Representative to join their growing pipeline team in Morocco. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position where you'll play a pivotal role in driving qualified opportunities and building the foundation for long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential prospects that align with the ideal customer profile
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
• Qualify inbound leads and assess opportunities to ensure strong fit before handoff
• Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline within the CRM with meticulous documentation of all interactions
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives
• Master the value proposition to handle objections and articulate ROI to key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive edge
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high daily task volume
• Resilience and positive attitude when handling rejection and overcoming obstacles
• Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player
• Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales engagement platforms
• Prior experience in SaaS or technology sales environments
• Familiarity with sales automation tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance quotas in fast-paced settings
