What This Role Involves

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales process—from identifying qualified prospects to closing deals and ensuring customer success. Working remotely, you'll have the flexibility to focus on what matters: building trust with merchants, understanding their business challenges, and delivering solutions that drive real results. You'll be the cornerstone of revenue generation, directly accountable for hitting targets while building long-term accounts that grow over time.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify merchant prospects, prioritizing opportunities that fit Xplor's ideal customer profile
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
• Navigate the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and signature
• Develop strategic account plans and execute initiatives to maximize customer retention and expansion
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent activity and accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive mutual success
• Track all customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems for visibility and accountability

• Proven success in consultative B2B sales with a demonstrated ability to hit targets
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish credibility with diverse stakeholders
