Account Executive

Join Xplor as an Account Executive and drive merchant sales growth from a remote position. Based in San Gabriel, CA, this full-time role puts you at the center of building strong client relationships and expanding our merchant customer base.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for our merchant solutions, from initial prospecting through contract close. You'll engage directly with business decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, and present tailored solutions that solve their payment and business management needs. This is a hunter role where your ability to build relationships and identify opportunity directly impacts your success and your earning potential.

Core Duties

• Prospect and qualify merchant prospects in assigned territories, building a robust pipeline
• Conduct product demonstrations and business consultations with owners and managers
• Develop and deliver customized proposals addressing merchant pain points and goals
• Negotiate contract terms and guide prospects through the onboarding process
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing merchant accounts to identify growth opportunities
• Track pipeline activity and sales metrics in our CRM system
• Collaborate with sales leadership and support teams to ensure customer success

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales or merchant/payment processing sales
• Strong prospecting skills and the discipline to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to explain complex solutions in straightforward business terms
