Account Executive

We're hiring a remote Account Executive to drive merchant sales growth for Xplor, based in Fontana, CA, US, in this full-time role.

Position Summary

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll build and expand our merchant sales book of business from anywhere. In this remote, full-time position, you'll identify new opportunities, develop relationships with prospective clients, and guide them through our solutions to meet their specific business needs. This role is focused on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer value.

Your Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels to build a strong pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client pain points and position relevant solutions
• Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals while maintaining healthy margins
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM and provide accurate sales forecasting
• Collaborate with customer success and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales or merchant services, ideally in a previous account executive role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to market opportunities
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools
• Passion for understanding client needs and building lasting business relationships
