Account Executive

Xplor is seeking a full-time Account Executive for a remote position based in Myrtle Beach, SC, US. In this role, you'll drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with enterprise clients in our merchant sales division.

What This Role Involves

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from initial prospecting through close. You'll develop deep customer relationships, understand their business challenges, and position solutions that deliver measurable value. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from Myrtle Beach or anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to qualified prospects
• Develop and execute targeted account strategies to maximize revenue potential
• Close deals and exceed sales quotas through strategic negotiation and relationship building
• Maintain detailed account information and activity records in our CRM platform
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and sales strategy

Qualifications

• Three or more years of enterprise software or B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-discipline
• Consultative selling approach with a focus on customer success
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant sales experience
