About This Role

We are representing a confidential digital agency that serves a specialized retail sector. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Digital Project & Operations Manager to lead client projects, manage technical operations, and contribute across multiple digital disciplines including web systems, video production, and AI-assisted workflows.

In this role, you'll manage digital projects from planning through delivery, serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, and solve technical challenges involving content management systems, DNS configuration, tracking implementations, and platform integrations. You'll also produce video content in DaVinci Resolve and leverage AI tools like Claude and Codex to improve workflows and deliverables.

This is a hands-on position combining project leadership with technical execution. One day you might be steering a client project, the next you could be troubleshooting shop configurations, cutting video content, or prototyping an improved workflow using AI assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital projects from scoping through completion, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining quality, timeline, and next-step visibility
• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts, conducting meetings, translating business goals into clear work packages, and resolving issues proactively
• Identify recurring requirements, prioritize system improvements, create clear technical briefs, test new features, and document completed processes
• Handle technical operations including CMS management, domain and DNS administration, form configuration, tracking setup, and third-party integrations
• Build and maintain web pages and e-commerce functionality in Shopify, WordPress, or comparable platforms, including implementing minor customizations
• Produce video content for social media, performance marketing, training, and client deliverables using DaVinci Resolve, including editing, sound, color, subtitles, and format optimization
• Use Claude, Codex, and similar AI tools daily for planning, research, documentation, troubleshooting, copywriting, prototyping, and technical tasks
• Support additional projects in AI implementation and automation as capacity allows, including coordination, prototyping, video production, and quality assurance
• Recognize friction points in recurring workflows and develop templates and processes that the team can reuse

What We're Looking For

• At least three years of relevant professional experience in an agency, digital company, e-commerce team, startup, or comparable environment
• Proven track record leading multiple digital projects with direct client or stakeholder responsibility, with specific examples of challenges resolved and results achieved
• Strong communication and prioritization skills with the ability to remain effective when requirements are incomplete or problems emerge near deadlines
• Solid understanding of domains and DNS fundamentals, including familiarity with A-records, CNAME, MX, and TXT records
• Hands-on experience building or substantially developing websites or shops using WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
• Practical video editing experience with DaVinci Resolve, including work samples demonstrating proficiency with sound, color, subtitles, and social media formats
• Routine use of Claude, Codex, or comparable AI tools with examples of how you've improved quality, speed, or problem-solving through these technologies
• Clear documentation practices that enable others to understand decisions and continue your work
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher; professional English communication ability
• Ability to work onsite in Berlin near Ostkreuz three days per week (hybrid arrangement with flexibility after probation period)

A university degree is not required. We prioritize professional practice, sound judgment, and demonstrated results. Experience with vibe coding, APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms is welcome but not mandatory.
