Sr. Product Manager, Marketing Systems

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential retail organization in their search for a Senior Product Manager, Marketing Systems. This is a strategic leadership role within the Technology organization, based in West Bethesda, Montgomery County. You'll be responsible for driving marketing technology initiatives across multiple domains including loyalty programs, email campaigns, personalization engines, promotional systems, and customer service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing technology initiatives across multiple platforms and systems
• Own the product roadmap for marketing systems including loyalty, email campaigns, and personalization
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, technology, and customer service teams
• Define requirements and prioritize features for promotional and customer engagement platforms
• Drive cross-functional alignment on marketing technology strategy and execution
• Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize platform effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager in marketing technology or related systems
• Deep understanding of marketing platforms including loyalty, email, and personalization technologies
• Proven track record leading strategic technology initiatives in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience with customer service platforms and promotional systems
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related field preferred
