Network Deployment Lead, DCC Communities

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud infrastructure organization seeking a Network Deployment Lead for their data center operations in New Carlisle, Clark County. Our client operates critical infrastructure that powers global technology services, and this role will be instrumental in ensuring network deployment excellence across their facilities.

This is a leadership position requiring hands-on technical expertise combined with project management capabilities. You'll oversee network implementation initiatives that directly support large-scale infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead network deployment projects across data center environments, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope
• Manage the planning, installation, and testing of network infrastructure including switches, routers, and fiber optic systems
• Develop and maintain deployment schedules, ensuring alignment with broader infrastructure delivery timelines
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to troubleshoot deployment challenges
• Implement quality assurance processes and maintain documentation for network installations
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment methodologies and standardization efforts
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to deployment technicians and engineers

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, deployment, or infrastructure operations
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking equipment from major vendors
• Proven track record managing technical projects in data center or large-scale infrastructure environments
• Experience with fiber optic installation and structured cabling systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Willingness to work flexible hours during critical deployment windows
