Responsibilities
Our talent team is representing a confidential technology client seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys for a contract-based project. You'll apply your BigLaw expertise to:
- Review and analyze complex corporate documents, contracts, and deal structures relating to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets
- Provide detailed input on nuanced legal scenario assessments
- Evaluate commercial litigation materials, identifying critical legal principles and procedural details
- Deliver expert feedback on legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches
- Support data set refinement by annotating, categorizing, and explaining key corporate law issues
- Ensure all work meets high standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice
- Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to align on quality expectations
What We're Looking For
- Active license to practice law in the United States
- Recent experience (current or within the last 3 years) at a top-tier BigLaw firm
- Focus on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, or capital markets
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation and high-value transactional matters
- Exceptional attention to detail in analyzing and interpreting legal documents
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and legal instruments
- Strong written communication skills with ability to explain legal concepts clearly and concisely
- Prior experience with legal data annotation or rubric-based review is a plus but not required
