What This Role Involves
As a Java developer specializing in Finastra Loan IQ System implementation and support, you'll work at the intersection of enterprise banking software and cloud-native development. Your focus will be designing, coding, and optimizing Java-based solutions that integrate with Finastra's leading loan origination and portfolio management platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable systems that meet the demanding requirements of financial institutions in Qatar.
Core Duties
- Develop and maintain Java applications and services that integrate with Finastra Loan IQ System
- Write clean, well-tested code following enterprise development standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Loan IQ environment
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions for new features and enhancements
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams
- Document code, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance

Qualifications
- Proven experience developing applications in Java (3+ years recommended)
