Product Management Intern

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential clean energy technology company in their search for a Product Management Intern to join their Berlin headquarters. This is a full-time internship opportunity for 3-6 months with a growing organization that builds B2B platforms for sustainable energy solutions.

You'll work at the intersection of product development and customer success, supporting product managers in developing features that deliver real value to industrial clients. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment where you'll help make complex energy products more accessible and understandable.

Responsibilities

• Support the conceptual development of new features and product areas, translating customer needs and business requirements into concrete product thinking
• Own the buildout of a central, customer-friendly knowledge base for the client's portal—consolidating existing content, defining structure and standards, and writing articles that help customers understand tariffs, billing, and onboarding
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and other departments to bring the knowledge base live
• Assist with quality assurance, user research, feedback analysis, and documentation in day-to-day product development
• Select appropriate technology for the knowledge base together with the team and populate it with initial content
• Define success criteria and build tracking into the knowledge base
• Launch the first version of the knowledge base in collaboration with the Customer Success team

What We're Looking For

• Current student in advanced Bachelor's program, gap year, Master's program, or recent graduate in Business, Energy, Communications, or related field with strong academic performance
• Product mindset—you think from the user perspective, dive deep into complex topics, and turn problems into clear, structured solutions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in both German and English, written and verbal
• Strong track record demonstrating analytical skills, attention to detail, and high degree of independence
• Highly motivated, hands-on approach with eagerness to take on real responsibility
• Available for a 3-6 month internship
• Interest in energy markets and sustainability is a plus

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process based on experience and the client's internship compensation structure.
