Role Overview

As a Sr. CRM Account Executive at ServiceNow, you'll own the complete sales process for assigned accounts, from initial discovery through contract signature and beyond. You'll target decision-makers in organizations seeking to modernize customer relationship management and accelerate digital workflows. This remote position allows you to serve the New York area while working flexibly, engaging with prospects and customers who depend on ServiceNow to streamline operations and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline by identifying and prospecting net-new enterprise and mid-market accounts within assigned territory
  • Build executive relationships and conduct consultative discovery to uncover customer challenges and business objectives
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, ROI analyses, and technical presentations tailored to prospect needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while managing sales cycle velocity and deal progression
  • Partner with sales engineering, solutions consulting, and professional services teams to ensure successful implementations
  • Manage account expansion opportunities and land-and-expand strategies for existing customers
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline discipline, and CRM hygiene to enable transparent visibility across the sales organization

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience, ideally with CRM, business process automation, or SaaS solutions
  • Track record of closing six and seven-figure deals with C-level and executive buyers
  • Genuine understanding of CRM market dynamics, customer engagement challenges, and business transformation initiatives
  • Ability to build trust, ask probing questions, and position solutions around customer business outcomes
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Self-motivated professional committed to exceeding quota and driving team success
  • Comfort traveling periodically to prospect offices and customer meetings
