Sr Advisory Solution Architect- Moveworks

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Advisory Solution Architect specializing in Moveworks, a full-time remote position serving clients in New York, NEW YORK, US. You'll architect enterprise automation solutions and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients implementing workflow and employee automation innovations on the ServiceNow platform.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Advisory Solution Architect for Moveworks at ServiceNow, you'll combine deep technical expertise with client advisory skills to drive transformational consulting engagements. Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive Moveworks and ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise client business objectives
• Assess client environments, workflows, and requirements to recommend automation and optimization strategies
• Lead technical discovery and solution design workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Develop detailed solution architecture documentation, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
• Mentor and guide consulting and implementation teams on best practices and platform capabilities
• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients throughout engagements

What You Bring

• 8+ years of enterprise solution architecture, systems consulting, or related experience
• Deep expertise with ServiceNow platform, workflows, integrations, and configuration
• Strong background designing complex solutions for large enterprise environments
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience mentoring technical teams and developing team members
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
