We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Practitioner to deliver exceptional wellness experiences to our guests. As part of a dynamic spa team at this acclaimed oceanfront resort in Tofino, you'll provide personalized treatments in a serene setting that complements the natural beauty of the BC coast. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a discerning clientele in one of Canada's most sought-after destinations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies with precision and care
• Consult with guests to understand their wellness needs and customize treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization in treatment areas
• Educate guests on post-treatment care and wellness practices
• Work collaboratively with other spa practitioners and hospitality staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Uphold the wellness philosophy and service standards expected at a Relais & Châteaux property

What You Bring

• Current certification or licence in massage therapy, esthetics, or relevant spa discipline
• Demonstrated experience in spa or wellness settings, preferably at luxury hospitality properties
• Strong communication skills and genuine passion for guest wellness
• Physical stamina and ability to deliver treatments with attention to detail
• Professionalism, reliability, and flexibility to support team needs
• Valid certification in health and safety or first aid
