Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute tailored, data-driven media strategies for a prominent FMCG brand, leveraging your deep expertise across digital and traditional channels
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building sustainable relationships and providing senior-level advisory on all media challenges and opportunities
• Team Development: Lead, coach, and motivate your own team of consultants, actively supporting their professional and personal growth
• Innovation: Continuously identify emerging digital trends and translate them into innovative communication solutions that proactively drive business results
• Budget Oversight: Manage campaign budgets and KPIs with precision, initiating optimizations and maintaining full commercial accountability for the account
