Responsibilities

As a working student in our client's media operations team, you will support critical data and reporting workflows while gaining hands-on experience in digital media planning and campaign optimization. This role offers deep exposure to large-scale media operations for a major technology client.

• Reporting & Templates: Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards in Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables
• Data Management: Work daily with large datasets, ensuring all information is precisely captured and up-to-date for client review
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough reviews of documents and reports, applying meticulous attention to detail to deliver error-free results
• Media Operations Support: Gain practical insights into media planning and campaign optimization through your daily responsibilities
• Presentation Support: Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews
• Process Execution: Reliably execute standardized workflows, serving as a dependable backbone for day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Current Student: Enrolled in marketing, media, business, computer science, or a related field with several semesters remaining in your program
• Data Enthusiasm: Genuine passion for numbers and analysis, with comfort handling large datasets and detailed reporting
• Precision-Oriented: Extremely accurate, structured, and detail-focused work approach
• Availability: Able to commit to 20 hours per week for a long-term engagement
• Language Skills: Fluent English is required for this position
• Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge with understanding of formulas; willingness to learn Google Sheets
• Location: Based in or near Düsseldorf with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements
