Technical Product Manager – AI Investing App

We are representing a confidential fintech organization building an AI-powered investing platform across Southeast Asia. Our client is developing products that handle real money across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth management, and trading—products where reliability, regulatory compliance, and financial infrastructure are core requirements, not afterthoughts.

As recruiters at Get A Job.ai, we're seeking a Technical Product Manager to own a complete product vertical from strategy through delivery and launch. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery
• Shape technical design alongside engineering teams across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security, and scalability
• Drive critical trade-offs balancing correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements, and user experience
• Integrate regulatory requirements into product design, including KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing
• Apply AI strategically where it genuinely improves outcomes, implementing clear evaluation, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling
• Ship products that navigate external dependencies such as regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partners
• Align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance around clear product decisions and launch requirements

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production
• Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems
• Proven experience working closely with engineers, with ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or another regulated, high-consequence product domain
• Strong product judgment and ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability, and understanding when AI should not be used
• Strong English communication skills for working across global teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Engineering or highly technical product background
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
