Salesforce Technical Architect, AI and Agentforce

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consulting organization that specializes in AI-powered enterprise solutions. Our talent team is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in AI agent technologies to join their growing practice in Colombia.

This role focuses on architecting and implementing advanced AI agent solutions that transform customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes. You'll work at the forefront of generative AI and autonomous agent development, collaborating with a team of specialists who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in this space.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own technical solution design for AI agent implementations, including agent topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures
• Deep dive into the capabilities and boundaries of AI agent platforms, finding innovative solutions to achieve business outcomes
• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions
• Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment
• Stay current with new Salesforce products and technical capabilities as they evolve

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
• Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical details to diverse audiences
• Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies
• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities
• Additional Salesforce certifications, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications
