About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential enterprise software client in Poland. They operate a platform that processes trillions of sales activities and helps major technology companies understand their revenue operations through AI-powered analytics. As their recruiting partner, Get A Job.ai is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Matching team.
This role focuses on the foundational technology that matches business activities to business context at massive scale. You'll work with large language models, distributed data systems, and machine learning to turn billions of enterprise signals into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement core backend services and data pipelines that operate at scale
- Perform data-driven research using big data and leverage data science toolsets
- Document design choices and operational knowledge to successfully deploy and run services
- Provide appropriate test coverage including unit and integration testing, with focus on performance and cost efficiency
- Ensure robust alerting, dashboards, and runbooks for production services are in place
- Collaborate within the team and across engineering teams to build new features according to business needs
- Follow and promote software design and development best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience working on backend systems in an enterprise environment
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis, data science tasks, and/or machine learning
- 2+ years of programming experience in Python 2.x/3.x, Scala, or Java
- Understanding of SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture
- Experience with enterprise-grade stack for scalable web applications including messaging brokers, in-memory storage, NoSQL, and key-value databases
- Strong knowledge of TDD, unit testing, and automated test paradigms
- Experience with SQL and RDBMS solutions
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark
- Experience with AI development tools, especially agentic AI, is a plus
- Experience developing systems based on large language models is a plus
