IT Systemadministrator (w/m/d) in Vollzeit

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential nonprofit organization based in München seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join their technology team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to work with international events and cutting-edge infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete employee onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective
• Provide first- and second-level IT support to end users
• Administer IT hardware, applications, and identity management throughout their entire lifecycle
• Define, document, and continuously optimize IT processes and workflows
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change management tickets
• Coordinate and manage relationships with external service providers
• Lead sub-projects and provide support across broader IT initiatives
• Integrate and configure SaaS solutions and monitoring tools
• Maintain network infrastructure, including occasional on-site support at international events

What We're Looking For

• Completed technical training or degree with IT focus
• Strong foundational IT knowledge with several years of professional experience
• Working knowledge of Windows environments, Entra ID, SaaS platforms, networking, and IT Service Management
• Willingness and interest in continuing education in IT security
• Availability for occasional domestic and international travel for events
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Strong organizational skills and ability to improvise when needed
• High resilience and precise, structured working style under time pressure
• Excellent teamwork capabilities, initiative, and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English language skills (both required)
