About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI cloud infrastructure organization seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to join their Customer Experience team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge GPU computing technology and help enterprise clients optimize their ML/AI pipelines at scale. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, designing infrastructure solutions and directly impacting client success in production AI environments.

This position is remote and open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, providing expertise throughout their engagement with cloud GPU infrastructure
• Conduct proof-of-concept implementations, workshops, presentations, and training sessions on GPU cloud technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop solution architectures that align with their ML/AI objectives
• Design and document Infrastructure as Code solutions, technical documentation, and how-to guides in collaboration with support engineers and technical writers
• Optimize pipeline performance and scalability to ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources and services
• Act as a single point of expertise on customer scenarios for product, technical support, and marketing teams
• Support marketing initiatives at events including hackathons, conferences, workshops, and webinars

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience as a cloud solutions architect, system/network engineer, developer, or similar technical role with focus on cloud computing
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools (preferably Terraform/Ansible)
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and Python programming
• Deep understanding of GPU computing practices for ML training and inference workloads
• Knowledge of GPU software stack components including drivers and libraries (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks (e.g., Slurm, Kubeflow)
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong understanding of cloud ML tools landscape from industry leaders

Pay

Our client offers a competitive base salary range of $210,000 - $255,000 USD, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. This role also includes bonus opportunities and equity participation.
