MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER (100% Remote outside of Canada)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing technology client in their search for a Marketing Account Manager. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Nigeria, and South Africa.

In this role, you will own a portfolio of 30–60 small and mid-sized business clients, serving as their primary marketing strategist and trusted advisor. You'll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns while driving measurable results and long-term client success.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of each client's business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies with clear, measurable outcomes
• Own client performance metrics, tracking results against benchmarks and proactively adjusting campaigns to maintain momentum
• Design and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search advertising, email, content marketing, and landing page optimization
• Leverage AI tools to create campaign assets, ad copy, creative concepts, performance reports, and strategic briefs efficiently and at scale
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, delivering proactive insights and recommendations rather than reactive status updates
• Navigate challenging client conversations with professionalism and confidence
• Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign delivery

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client strategy roles, preferably in agency or SaaS environments
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of ROI drivers for small businesses and the ability to communicate marketing value to non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics 4
• Professional experience using AI tools in actual campaign execution and client deliverables
• Background in email marketing and marketing automation platforms
• Exceptional English communication skills in both written and verbal formats
• Proven organizational capabilities to manage 30–60 concurrent client relationships without compromising quality
• Track record of meeting client retention or revenue growth targets

Technical Requirements: You must provide your own workstation, computer, headset, and maintain reliable high-speed internet. You should be prepared to work standard business hours in either Eastern or Pacific time zones.
